Created for Christmas 2025, the conception of this film began months earlier, in September, following the release of ByteDance’s then-latest image model, Seeddream 4.0. To bring the static claymation world to life, the prepared frames were processed through a range of AI video generation models. Depending on the motion and performance requirements of each shot, I worked across Veo 3, Veo 3.1, and multiple iterations of Kling (2.5, 2.6, and 3.0), combining their strengths to achieve more dynamic and expressive animation.
